Same day, chairside CEREC crowns, bridges & veneers

Fast, easy, beautiful and strong ceramic restorations all in one visit! Same day CEREC allows you to come to our office and walk out on the same day with your smile fully restored. Same day CEREC restorations allow us to eliminate the need for temporary crowns. In addition to time-saving and convenience, there are other advantages that have made this procedure very popular. Your teeth affect your smile, how you talk and your eating patterns. If you get temporary crowns while you wait for a dental laboratory to design the permanent crowns, you will have to be very careful when eating or talking. You even have to follow a very specific diet so that the temporary crown does not fall off. This is never the case with same-day crowns. Additionally, the temporary crowns you get with traditional procedures are made from resin, and they rarely ever fit, causing discomfort and increasing the chance of it falling off. If the temporary crown falls off, this makes room for further decay of your tooth. CEREC restorations consist of ceramic and fit perfectly, making them very comfortable and helps to make sure it stays on your tooth!

SureSmile® offers a solution to straighten your teeth with clear aligners so you won’t have to change your lifestyle. COMFORTABLE TO WEAR
A laser-trimmed, precision fit ensures the SureSmile® aligners are so comfortable, you’ll barely notice them. VIRTUALLY INVISIBLE SureSmile® aligners are virtually invisible, and easy to keep clean, so others won’t notice them! EASY TO LIVE WITH You won’t need a special diet during treatment because the SureSmile® aligners can be easily removed when you eat. HOW IT WORKS: Step 1: We’ll start with an examination. If SureSmile® aligners are suitable for you, a digital impression is taken and the treatment planning process begins. Step 2: We analyze your bite and anatomical factors to determine a fully customized treatment plan using the SureSmile® software. The software allows us to share a computer-generated simulation with you to show you what your teeth may look like after treatment and to see how many aligners your treatment plan consists of. Step 3: Advanced technologies and manufacturing techniques are used to create your custom aligners, delivering the exact tooth movement needed to achieve your treatment goals. Step 4: You’re on your way to getting your best smile! We will be sure to support you throughout to ensure long lasting results.

2D Panoramic & 3D Cone Beam CT Imaging

The Orthophos XG 3D combines the advantages of 2D and 3D imaging into one comprehensive unit. The 3D function allows increased diagnostic accuracy to help us in planning the removal of your wisdom teeth or placement of implants. The hybrid unit requires the same space as a traditional 2D x-ray machine but now provides all the clinical workflow advantages of 2D and 3D together in our practice while encouraging the lowest possible radiation for the patient.

X-Guide™ Dynamic 3D Navigation System for Guided Implant Placement

With the X-Guide™, implant placement is now more comfortable and more accurate than ever. Data obtained from our Orthophos XG 3D and Primescan are imported into the X-Guide™. The precise angle and location of the implant(s) are determined ahead of time. The X-Guide™ delivers interactive, turn-by-turn guidance to improve every movement of the handpiece for more exact implant placement - like a GPS for the drill. The X-Guide™ controls the real-time movement of the drill and implant placement to ensure the implants are placed at the predetermined spot(s) with remarkable precision. Since everything is precisely-planned before the surgery has even started, everything can be done through just a small opening the size of the implant. No scalpel, no flap-raising, no swelling and virtually painless.

At Atrius Dental Studio, we strive to deliver our treatment in the fastest, most convenient way for our patients, all while maintaining a high standard of care and quality in our work. Our in-house FORM 2 3D printer allows us the flexibility to fabricate a brand new retainer for you, without you having to come in, using your digitally-stored models. STEP 1: DESIGN Your digitally-stored model is imported into our PreForm print preparation software where we orient, support, and lay out your 3D models. STEP 2: PRINT The prints are sent over WiFi to the FORM 2 3D Printer and during printing, the peel mechanism, wiper, and heated resin tank create a consistent, reliable print process. STEP 3: FINISH After the printing has finished, we rinse your models with 99% alcohol and cure it to ensure optimal results and mechanical properties. Unlike the traditional stone models which are poured up from the uncomfortable alginate moulds, these 3D printed models can be kept for a long time without distortion, meaning we can make you a new retainer within minutes!

Microscopic Dentistry

Magnification has revolutionized dentistry. Dental microscopes provide a range of magnification from 2.6-16x. This enhanced magnification can improve the accuracy and quality of fillings and crowns, allow for more conservative treatment, and can be kinder and gentler to adjacent teeth as well as the surrounding gums. Furthermore, the microscope has made root canal treatment more comfortable, faster, and more effective. The dental microscope allows us to see the many details that are vital in root canal treatment. The outcome of the treatment may come down to mere fractions of millimeters and the latest technologies are needed to create this precision. The attention to detail and precision that is required in root canal procedures is much helped by the use of the microscope.
